Penny was born in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, in the UK. She grew up near Harrogate in the Yorkshire Dales and currently lives in Leeds, West Yorkshire, though she would like to move back to her home county.

The full name on her birth certificate is something like that, yes. She uses her married name in private life.

About five feet and seven and a half inches tall (without high heels, which she wears rarely). Her feet are size 8 in UK sizing and 42 in European sizing, for the curious (or those able to supply free trainers, because she loves those).

Yes, she got married to her husband in September 2005.

Other places that have published her poems are listed in the Other Writing section of this site. She hasn't printed lyrics on the sleeves of her releases to date due to cost issues. They will not be published on this website for the forseeable future.

Is Penny a Leeds United fan?
Despite currently living in Leeds, Penny is not originally from the city (being more of a rural North Yorkshire person) and has no interest in the fortunes of its football team. She supports Arsenal, though does not follow their fortunes as keenly as once she did.
